This is a Picatinny tactical rail to dovetail rail adapter. It lets you convert the Weaver rail or Picatinny rail on your airsoft/paintball/air gun to a dovetail rail for attaching air gun accessories.
You will need two #6-32x1.25" screws and two #6-32 nuts to fasten this rail adapter onto the Picatinny rail. The screw and nut are included.
