This AirPower3D product is a replacement tip for the AirPower3D MCX MPX Barrel Extension. This replacement tip provides 20mm extension. AirPower3D MCX MPX Barrel Extension allows you to replace the stock MCX mock silencer and the stock MPX birdcage flashhider with airsoft muzzle devices. AirPower3D MCX MPX Barrel Extension works with the external barrels for these airguns:
- Sig Sauer MCX Air Rifle (.177 Pellet CO2)
- Sig Sauer MPX Air Rifle (.177 Pellet CO2)
For reference:
- 302mm is the stock extension length for Sig Sauer MCX Air Rifle.
- 62mm is the stock extension length for Sig Sauer MPX Air Rifle.

Installation note: This barrel tip is made out of plastic and is intended for lightweight load like our lightweight plastic compensator. If you intend to install a heavy or long compensator, you may need to coat the barrel extension with a strong epoxy. You'll also want to glue the tip nut to the compensator, so that the thread doesn't break off due to weight--especially if you order the 0.5x20 and 0.5x28 tip, where the thread is thinner than the others.
This replacement tip is designed to break-off if you ram the front end of your MCX/MPX into the wall or other hard surfaces. The intentions is to help you avoid bending/breaking your compensator, external barrel, or the inner barrel. The positive extension thread that is stuck inside your compensator can be removed with a screw extractor EX-5 (not included). The negative extension thread that is stuck inside your compensator can be removed with a 11/32" or 3/8" drill bit (not included). Hand turn the extractor; don't use an electric driver.
