You will need a M5-0.8x18mm screw and a M5-0.8 nut to mount the action cam onto this adapter. The screw and nut are included.
The M5-0.8x18mm may be replaced with a GoPro mount style thumbscrew. GoPro mount style thumbscrew is not included, but may be ordered from Amazon:
